We manufacture loose (tubular), form-fit and baffled liners. Loose liners are economical for simple barrier needs. Form-fit liners follow the bag's shape so they fill and discharge cleanly without twisting.
Film choices range from standard polyethylene to high-barrier EVOH and aluminium-foil laminates, plus anti-static and conductive films for use with Type C and Type D FIBCs. Liners can be glued, tabbed or sewn into the bag.
Frequently asked questions
Which liner gives the best moisture and oxygen barrier?
Aluminium foil laminates give the highest barrier. EVOH co-extruded films are a strong, more flexible alternative. Standard PE suits general moisture protection.
Can I use a liner in a Type C or Type D bag?
Yes, but the liner must be electrostatically compatible with the bag. Use a conductive or anti-static liner, as specified for your process.
